Refund policy

 

At PLEJN, we aim for every order to meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return, exchange, or refund as outlined below.

 

Returns

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging intact, including any protective covers, dust bags, or accessories.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odours, or modifications may not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact our team within 14 days of delivery with your order details. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning your item.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval, and please include proof of purchase or order confirmation. All items remain the customer's responsibility until received and signed for by our returns team. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost or delayed parcels.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, undergarments, skull caps, personalised items, gift cards, or final-sale items unless faulty.

Refunds

After inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If so, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Keep in mind that banks and payment providers may delay the appearance of funds in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item supplied by PLEJN. PLEJN reserves the right to deny refunds for items that do not comply with this policy.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographic evidence. After review, we will resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

For orders within the European Union, customers can cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

 

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges based on product availability. The fastest way to get a different size or item is to first return your original purchase after approval, then place a new order separately. Exchange requests must comply with the same conditions as standard returns, including all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
