- UK Standard Domestic: Orders ship between 3-5 working days
- UK Express Shipping: Orders ship between 1-2 working days
- International Shipping: Orders ship between 5-7 working days

General Delivery Information - United Kingdom
After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
If a package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact our support team promptly, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
DPD Next Business Day
- Order before 8:00 pm BST Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).
- For guaranteed next-business-day delivery, please ensure orders are placed before 8:00 pm Thursday. Any orders placed after 8:00 pm Thursday and before 8 pm Friday will arrive the following Monday.
DPD Saturday Delivery
- To guarantee delivery on Saturday, place your orders before 8:00 pm BST on Friday.
International orders
Please note that customers are responsible for paying any import taxes. Import duties and taxes differ by country, and PLEJN cannot control or predict their amounts.
Deliveries to overseas locations may take longer because of customs procedures in the destination country.
