These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases from PLEJN through our website. By making an order, you accept these terms. Please review them thoroughly before finalising any purchase, especially during limited product drops or releases.

 

Agreement and Scope

By buying any product from PLEJN, you agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all items on our website, including limited editions, drops, and promotional products. Any specific conditions shown at checkout are also part of your agreement with us.

Orders, Pricing, Payment and Acceptance

All prices are set at our discretion and may change at any time. However, the price you pay will always be the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after confirming your order.

Payment is collected in full at checkout. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once they are dispatched and full payment has been received. We may cancel or reject any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as stock shortages, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment verification issues, or delivery restrictions. If this happens, you will be informed and receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders believed to be for resale or to be used to exploit promotions, discount codes, or drop systems. Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team may result in account restrictions or the denial of future orders.

Delivery, Delays and International Orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch and deliver within stated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, weather events, high demand during drops, or supply chain issues.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

For orders delivered outside mainland UK, import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply once the goods reach your destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. You are responsible for complying with all local import laws as the importer of record. If a delivery is refused and returned to us, return shipping costs and any associated fees may be deducted from your refund. 

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, odours, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you have another 14 days to return the items. Returns are at your own risk until received and signed for; we suggest using tracked shipping. Certain items, such as socks, undergarments, skull caps, personalised products, gift cards, and final sale items, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons unless faulty.

Returns will be inspected upon receipt, and approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, though times may vary. Refunds may be reduced or denied if items are not in acceptable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged. For exchanges, availability might be limited; the fastest option is to return your eligible item and place a new order. EU customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period according to consumer protection laws.

Product Information, Changes and Availability

We aim to maintain accurate product descriptions and images; however, slight variations in colour, texture, packaging, or appearance may occur and are not regarded as faults. We reserve the right to modify, update, or cease offering any product at any time without prior notice. Furthermore, products may be withdrawn or listings cancelled, if necessary, due to legal, operational, or stock-related reasons.

Legal Terms, Liability and General Conditions

We are not responsible for any unforeseeable, indirect, or personal and business-related losses caused by our products. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. We are not liable for delays beyond our control or issues that could have been avoided with reasonable measures.

All PLEJN products are meant for personal use only. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited, and we may cancel orders or act if such activities occur.

We have the right to transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without affecting your rights. These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend our contract with you if payment is missed, fraud is suspected, or if you breach these Terms.
